Here at Sweet Girls we value our customers and want each customer to have an awesome experience when shopping with us. Your satisfaction with our product is our prioirty so if you have any issue please follow the simple steps below. RETURN INFORMATION

 

  • An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Sweet Girls, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.
  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.
  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Customized apparel is nonreturnable.
  • Clearance items are final sale which means they are non-refundable.
  • Original Shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 3/5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please place a new order online.

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    You must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

    LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

    Sweet Girls is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.   We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.

    ORIGINAL PAYMENT

    Sweet Girls will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

    NOTE:

    We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

    REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
    • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
    • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

    HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 606.247.5309 immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

    Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

    Care Instructions

    Washing:

    Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the design.

    Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors.

    Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

    Drying:

    Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry.

    Avoid high heat as it may affect the longevity of the transfer.

    Ironing:

    If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out.

    Use a low to medium heat setting, and avoid ironing directly on the transfer design.

    Place a cloth or parchment paper between the iron and the design if you need to iron the area.

    General Tips:

    Do not dry clean.

    For best results, wash the garment before the first wear to set the design.

    Avoid rough surfaces that could damage the transfer.

    By following these care instructions, you’ll help ensure that your DTF transfer design stays vibrant and durable, keeping your top looking great wear after wear.
