All of our products are custom made just for you, which means all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will absolutely make it right. Please report any issues within 5 calendar days of delivery so we can help you as quickly as possible.

At Sweet Girls Tees & Transfers, we truly appreciate every order and take pride in creating each item with care. Because everything is made to order, we’re unable to restock or resell custom products, which is why our final sale policy is in place.

Final Sale Policy

Since every item is custom printed or made specifically for your order, all sales are considered final. This includes:

• Custom DTF transfers
• Custom gang sheets
• Printed-to-order transfers
• Customer-submitted artwork
• Digital PNG files
• Clearance or final sale items

We kindly ask that you double-check all order details, including artwork, spelling, sizes, and quantities before completing checkout. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love what you receive, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected due to our mistake, please reach out within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Email sweetgirlsboutique@outlook.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Artwork Responsibility

To ensure the best possible print results, customers are responsible for providing accurate and print-ready artwork when placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

• Low-resolution or blurry files
• Spelling, design, or layout errors in submitted artwork
• Color variations between screens and printed products

For the highest quality results, we recommend uploading transparent PNG files at 300 DPI.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we process it as follows:

• Within 3–5 business days after approval
• Issued back to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to keep turnaround times fast. If you need to request a change, please contact us right away at 606-210-3453.

Once production has started, we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund the order.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order ships, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we wish we could control transit times, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages once they leave our facility.

If an issue occurs in transit, we’re happy to help guide you through the carrier claim process. We also recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for peace of mind.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal or delivery issues, carrier return shipping fees may apply.

If a refund is approved, any shipping charges, carrier fees, and restocking costs may be deducted from the refund total.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Washing:

Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the design.

Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors.

Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

Drying:

Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry.

Avoid high heat as it may affect the longevity of the transfer.

Ironing:

If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out.

Use a low to medium heat setting, and avoid ironing directly on the transfer design.

Place a cloth or parchment paper between the iron and the design if you need to iron the area.

General Tips:

Do not dry clean.

For best results, wash the garment before the first wear to set the design.

Avoid rough surfaces that could damage the transfer.
